Dublin is a lively and interesting city. Coming here from another country to live, work or study has many benefits, but can also be daunting. If this is you, we would like to welcome you to Dublin... and Immanuel!
We are a church in the centre of Dublin for people from all over the world. We hope you will quickly feel at home amongst us. Whatever your religious or cultural background, we offer you the chance to hear about the message of Christianity during your time in Dublin. So please join us and feel free to bring your friends.
English Corner provides a warm, friendly, free lunch. It also of course offers to those who are in Dublin to learn English an opportunity to practise thier conversational English. Occasionally it provides English Grammar Lessons from qualified TEFAL teachers. These are intended to supplement but not replace English Schools in Dublin. English Corner meets every Friday from 1-2pm in Immanuel Church Dublin (28 Bachleors Walk, Dublin 1).
These groups are a great way of learning more about the God of the Bible, and of getting to know other people better. They are open to anyone, whether or not you consider yourself a Christian.
These groups meet once a week from October to June with short breaks at Christmas and Easter. We meet on Wednesday evenings in Immanuel. The timings of the evening are:
6.30 pm food
7.30 pm start
8.30 pm finish
